By accessing or using the Shagun Setu platform (the 'Platform'), including our website at shagunsetu.com and any associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User', 'Host', or 'Guest') and Shagun Setu ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To use certain features of the Platform as a Host, you must register for an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials; (d) be responsible for all activities that occur under your account; (e) notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Host. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 Permitted Uses

Shagun Setu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes of managing and attending celebrations and events.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; send unsolicited communications or spam to guests; upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems; use automated tools or bots to scrape or interact with the Platform; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

4.3 Guest Communication

As a Host, when you provide guest contact information to send invitations, you represent and warrant that you have a legitimate relationship with those guests, that they would reasonably expect to receive communications about your event, and that your use of their information complies with applicable law.

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the Content you submit to the Platform (event details, photos, guest lists, etc.). By submitting Content, you grant Shagun Setu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, design templates, graphics, logos, text, and other materials provided by Shagun Setu, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Platform or its content without prior written consent.

5.3 Template Usage

Invitation templates provided by Shagun Setu are licenced for your personal use to create invitations for your events. You may not re-sell, sublicence, or distribute these templates as standalone products.

6.1 Pricing

Some features of Shagun Setu may require payment. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, digital products and services that have been fully delivered are not eligible for refunds. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact [support@shagunsetu.com] within [7] days of the transaction with details of your concern. We will review and respond within [5] business days.

8.1 "As Is" Service

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Shagun Setu does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shagun Setu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the [3] months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shagun Setu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your Content; (c) your use of the Platform; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State], India.
